Lauren and Tegan's Story

Recently we received some wonderful feedback from Lauren, a past Whitelion mentor, who started working with a a young woman named Tegan back in 2011.

”I wanted to let you know I recently celebrated my 40th birthday in Melbourne and Teegs came along to help me celebrate! I live in Perth now but we have kept in touch over the years and she has turned into an amazing young woman!”

We love hearing stories like this! The relationship with a mentor can often be the only stable relationship in the life of a young person, and it plays a vital role in empowering them to make positive changes in their life.
